Are Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes included in your rates?
Our shipping rates are duty (Kenya) inclusive.
However if you are importing to any of our worldwide locations, respective duties apply and you are responsible for the duties.
When will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges apply the item is in Nairobi, Kenya. Andwhen signing up ready for delivery to the address you shared
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-pesa payment (link provided in our Invoices) & Bank Transfers.
